After hours, 9:40 PM
“I need to bring Luna in this week, she keeps scratching.”
Attendra: The clinic was closed, so it took a request with the best number. The front desk booked Luna at 8:05 the next morning.
An emergency
“My dog just ate a whole bar of dark chocolate.”
Attendra: Stopped at once, sent the owner to Front Range Pet Emergency with the address and phone, and flagged the call for the team.
A refill
“Pepper needs more of her pain medicine.”
Attendra: Took a refill request for a vet to approve. When it was approved, the owner got a text that it was ready to pick up.

Recent calls
You set them once in Settings. The assistant follows them on every call, and nothing a caller says talks it out of them.
Hours, special days and time off
Holidays, half days and a vet's afternoon off are never offered to a caller.
Rules for each visit type
How much notice, how far ahead, the gap after each visit, and visits only your team books.
After hours, your way
Take requests for the morning, or keep booking into your open times.
Callers who always reach a person
Owners you choose are put straight through to your front desk.
The emergency hospital that is open
List several with their hours. The caller hears the one open right now.
Texts with consent
Directions, hours, your links and visit reminders, sent only after the caller says yes.
Your own fields
Add fields to pets, vets and requests, like a microchip number or an insurer.
Urgent requests and due days
Mark what cannot wait, and give each request the day it is due.
More than one location
Each location keeps its own number, hours, vets and hospital, on one account.
Forward your line, send every booking and request to your own tools, and let your AI agents work the front desk through the API and MCP.
01 After hours
While you are closed, the assistant takes requests instead of bookings, or books as usual: your choice. The team starts the day with every call summarised.

No. It answers the calls your team cannot get to: the rush at opening, lunch, and every call after hours. Your team picks up requests in the dashboard and can take over any live call.
The assistant stops whatever it was doing and tells the owner to go to your chosen emergency hospital, with its address and phone. If you turn it on, it rings your on-call vet. It never gives first-aid advice and never asks about symptoms. A person in danger is told to call 911.
Yes. The greeting always says so, and the assistant never claims to be a person. You choose its name and voice.
Yes. Forward your line to Attendra: every call, only after hours, or only the calls nobody answers. You can also take a new local number.
Bookings go into Attendra's own schedule today, and your tools can follow along through webhooks. Google Calendar, ezyVet and Provet Cloud are next. See the integrations page for what is live.
