An assistant on the phone.
A front desk in the dashboard.

Attendra answers your clinic's calls with OpenAI's voice model and does every piece of real work through its own backend, under your clinic's rules: finding the caller, checking the schedule, booking, taking requests and sending texts. Your team sees all of it, live and afterwards.

Calls and bookings

It books like your best receptionist,
and never on a guess.

The assistant finds the caller's record first, offers only times that are really free, reads the booking back and saves it only after a clear yes. A hedge like 'yes, actually, wait' is not a yes.

  • Books, moves and cancels, by vet or doctor and visit type
  • Offers only open times from your schedule, never invented ones
  • Reads every change back, and saves it on a clear yes only
  • Sends a confirmation text to the number on file

The first one, please.

Just to confirm: Wednesday, October 21 at 9:00 AM with Dr. Elena Ruiz for a new patient exam. Is that right?

Yes please.

Ziggy is booked. See you Wednesday.

Requests

What needs a person
goes to a person.

Refills, records, callbacks and anything the assistant should not decide become requests on your team's queue, with what the caller said and a link to the call. Someone claims each one, and closing it is recorded.

  • Refill requests only the vets you choose can approve; the caller gets a text when it is ready
  • Records requests for boarding, groomers and other clinics
  • Mark a request urgent and give it a due day, so nothing waits too long
  • New clients and new pets, for your team to check

Your rules

Set it up once.
It follows it on every call.

Your hours, special days and each vet's time off decide which times exist. Each visit type has its own rules. The assistant cannot offer a time your settings do not allow, and nothing a caller says changes that.

  • Holidays, half days and part-day time off are never offered
  • Per visit type: notice needed, how far ahead, the gap after each visit
  • Visits only your team books become a callback, not a booking
  • Callers you mark as VIP go straight to your front desk

Wellness exam, 30 min

At least 24 hours ahead, up to 60 days

Sick visit, 20 min

Same day, 10 minutes kept free after

Surgery consultation

Booked by the team: the caller gets a callback

Thanksgiving, November 26

Closed: no times offered

Texts

It texts what callers need,
only after they say yes.

Confirmations go out after a booking. During a call, the assistant can offer to text what the caller just heard: directions, your hours, the emergency hospital or a link you set. Visit reminders go only to owners who agreed, never in your quiet hours. A caller who replies STOP gets no more texts.

  • Directions, hours, the emergency hospital and your links
  • Asks first, and sends only on a clear yes
  • Visit reminders with consent, outside your quiet hours
  • At most 3 texts on a call, and STOP is always honored

Where exactly are you?

We are at 88 Riverbend Road in Denver, with free parking in front. Would you like me to text that to the number you are calling from?

Yes please.

Locations and fields

One account,
every location and every detail.

Add a second clinic and it gets its own number, hours, vets and emergency hospital, while your team sees every location from one login. Add your own fields to pets, vets and requests, from a microchip number to an insurer, and the dashboard shows them everywhere.

  • Each location with its own number, hours, vets and hospital
  • One login and one bill for the whole group
  • Your own fields on pets, vets and requests
  • Remove a location at any time; it can be restored for 30 days

Your clinic's knowledge

It answers in your words,
or says it does not know.

Upload your policies, price lists and FAQs, or paste them in. The assistant answers from those passages only and cites them, and when nothing answers the question it says so and offers a callback. Medical questions are refused before your documents are even searched.

  • Search across your documents, matched by meaning and by words
  • Answers cite the passage they came from
  • No answer is invented: unknown questions become callbacks
  • Dosing and symptom questions are refused in code

Do you board pets over the holidays?

We do not offer boarding or grooming, but the front desk can suggest places nearby. Would you like a call back?

Live calls

Watch any call,
and step in with one click.

Every call shows up live, with captions of what the caller and the assistant say and each step the assistant takes. Coach it with a note, or take the call yourself; the assistant tells the caller someone is joining and puts them through.

  • Live captions and a timeline of every step
  • Coaching notes the assistant follows, inside the same rules
  • One-click takeover to a person on your team
  • A summary of every call, with what to follow up

Quality and reports

Know how it is doing,
week by week.

The quality page shows how many calls the assistant handled on its own, how often a booking attempt ended in a booking, what it refused and why, and the cost per call. Every call is summarised, and the ones that need a look are flagged.

  • Calls handled without a person, and the trend
  • Bookings, requests and emergencies, counted
  • Every refusal, with its reason
  • Cost per call and per booking, from real minutes
