Safety and security
The model talks.
The code decides.
The voice model handles the conversation. Everything that matters, from emergencies to bookings, is decided by Attendra's own code, tested on every change, and recorded in an audit log.
On every call
Six rules
the model cannot break.
Emergencies come first
Every caller turn is checked against emergency phrase lists in code, in English and Spanish, before the assistant answers. Self-harm language always gets the crisis script first.
No medical advice
Questions about symptoms, doses or whether something is serious are refused in code and become a callback from your team.
Identity before anything personal
The caller is checked before any booking, request or detail is shared. A wrong answer and an unknown name get the same reply, so no one can probe your records.
A clear yes, or nothing
Every change is read back. It is saved only on a clear yes; a hedge or background noise next to a yes is not one.
No invented times
The assistant can only offer times the schedule returns, and the booking is checked again before it is saved.
A person when it matters
Your team can take over any call, and every request goes to a person to decide.
Data protection
Your clients' details,
locked down.
Names, dates of birth, phone numbers and notes are encrypted in the application before they reach the database. Each clinic's rows are isolated by the database itself.
AES-GCM encryption
Personal fields encrypted at rest, with keyed lookups
Row-level security
Postgres keeps every clinic in its own rows
Audit log
Every action, by the assistant or a person
Two-factor sign-in
For your team's dashboard accounts
Scoped API keys
Only the access a tool needs, with an expiry
No data in URLs
Searches with personal data are never in a link
Tested on every change
Rules you can read,
tests you can run.
Every rule above has tests. Scripted test calls play through real conversations, including emergencies, hedged answers and medical questions, and each release must pass all of them. The code and the tests are public.
